What a wonderful evening we had at the Czech Center Museum Houston on October 6th.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this joyous occasion in introducing the Vedem Exhibit and to our important guests who traveled from out of town to be honored for their heroic efforts. Thank you to Andrew Feustal and his wife for taking part in the ceremony of handing off a copy of Petr Ginz’s drawing to be taken up to space by Dr. Feustel himself next year.
Two Holocaust survivors Chaja Verveer & Ben Wasserman from the Terezin Concentration Camp were able to attend and help tell their amazing story of hardship and determination during WWII.
Thank you to Sally Miller as well as the CCMH Board of Directors, who brought this exhibit to the museum and made this unique event possible. Thank you to the volunteers who helped set up for this occasion and have dedicated their time and effort into making this exhibit extra special for the museum.
Thank you very much everyone!
